Defective Products

If you are having trouble with your new product purchased from WayneDaltonStore.com within the first 30 days of purchase, please call Customer Service at 1-866-540-3311 immediately to report the problem.

Damage During Shipping

Please keep all of the packaging materials and contact us immediately if your package was damaged during shipping.

 

Missing and/or Wrong Order

Please contact us immediately if you received your order and are missing items or have received the incorrect order.

 

Product Returns and Refunds

If for any reason one of our products does not meet your expectations, we apologize in advance and ask you to contact Customer Service so that we can rectify the matter as soon as possible. Contact Customer Service at 1-866-540-3311 or complete the form below for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of purchase. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Please ship your return using insured and "Signature Required" delivery method – Medwing cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

 

*For orders that were shipped free, if the returned items cause your original order to fall below $59, we will subtract the original shipping costs from the amount to be credited.
